Community Rules

Our Spirit 🔗

These rules exist for one reason: we are building worlds together, slowly, as a community. Everything below follows that. If you ever wonder whether something is okay, ask yourself whether it helps the community grow together or whether it only helps you get ahead. That answer is usually all you need. Don't be selfish.
2

Respect Each Other 🔗

Be decent. Disagreements are fine, drama always happens, but hatefulness, harassment, or deliberately making the community worse for someone else is not tolerated. Hateful or destructive behavior is not appreciated.
3

No Stealing, No Griefing 🔗

What someone built or gathered is theirs. Do not take it, break it, or mess with it. This applies everywhere, in every world, in every season. If a season has specific mechanics around conflict (like land raiding in a Minecraft season), those exceptions are written out clearly in that season's own rules and only apply where stated.
4

No Non-Consensual PvP 🔗

Fighting is only fun when both sides agreed to it. Duels, wars between houses, staged conflicts, great, as long as everyone involved is in on it. Killing someone who didn't agree to fight is griefing with extra steps.
5

No Rushing, We Progress Together 🔗

This is the rule that makes our Community. Do not race to endgame. Do not speedrun tech trees. Do not show up on day one and try to have max gear by day three.

Our servers are about slow, communal progression: building towns, setting up trade, creating logistics networks, forming diplomacy between houses. The journey is the whole point. If your instinct is to rush to the best tools and "finish" the game as fast as possible, please try slowing down, or if you cant then this is genuinely not the community for you.
6

Be Part of Something 🔗

Every member should belong to a house or faction.

In Minecraft seasons, houses are premade by the admins, pick one and make it yours. In Vintage Story seasons, factions are yours to create, gather people, found something, give it a name and an identity.

Beyond that, we love roleplay here. Embody someone. Be a humble fisherman, a wandering merchant, a proud warrior, a fear-mongering leader plotting in the shadows. It does not need to be deep or constant, but a world where everyone is a character is far more Communal than one where everyone is just another steve.
7

No Exploits, No Cheating 🔗

No X-ray, no duping, no abusing broken mod mechanics. If you find something genuinely broken, report it to the admins so we can fix it — do not silently abuse it and hope nobody notices. Finding a bug and reporting it makes you helpful. Don't be an ass.
8

Warnings and Bans 🔗

Our system is pretty simple. First offense gets a warning and a conversation. Repeating the same behavior after a warning gets a ban. The only exception is rule 1, hateful or deliberately destructive behavior skips the warning entirely.

We are not looking for reasons to punish anyone. We would much rather talk something out than ban someone. But the community comes first.
